Creating a Newsletter is never easy, but building an effective network of members who are willing to take the time & effort to send in their personal items, whether it is photos of their Manx doing sily things or just snuggled up on the couch, make the job so much more fun.   Your responsiveness and contributions are so appreciated.

We'll use this News Letter to provide the membership a place to share, laugh, brag.  Also we use it to keep a handy referance to contact links.. People don't want to spend time figuring out where to look for resource matterial so we have two mail lists at Yahoo that I would like to recommend:

First is our own [AMC] American Manx Club mail list:

We also have additional resource links on our LINKS page.

So our News Letter  will highlight the most important features of both our members and our Manx Club. We'll think of the home page as a kind of portal, giving the members the information they want at a glance, and offering lots of links to draw them in to the rest of the newsletter.

For example, we might feature a different item on the home page each month, along with a link to our archives page where you can find more information on the past articles.

Here we may display a picture of this month's "EDITOR'S CHOICE-CAT OF THE MONTH":
